Look & Learn Knife SkillsMeet our Teacher, Suzanne Landry Lemagie, celebrity chef, wellness educator and author of  The Passionate Vegetable and Fresh Food Matters.
Learn to chop those veggies properly, with our Look & Learn video, "Knife Skills"
  • Get a good vegetable knife.
  • Hold the food down with one hand, and tuck your fingernails behind your knuckles.
  • In the other hand, hold the knife and make sure the front of the knife always stays in front of the food.
  • … then glide (glide knife forward, cutting on the downward motion away from yourself)
(Don't miss our one-day workshop, Autumn Market Vegetables, happening Saturday, November 15!)
