This spring, the CLL is offering fitness classes that fit your schedule. Discover innovative workouts that offer a perfect combination of exercise and fun. These classes are starting soon. Register today!

BRAND NEW
9 Tuesdays, beginning April 7
9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
Students will explore the use of light weights and resistance bands and build on core strength to support the spine. Stand strong, stand tall and improve posture. Class Cost: $54




EVENING CLASS
8 Wednesdays, beginning April 8
7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
Aikido, known as the 'art of peace' is a martial art based on neutralizing an opponent through leverage and balance instead of strength and force. Class Cost: $40

Body Mind Wakeup Call

April 7: Students will experience yoga stretches, use of light weights and resistance bands and discover fun ways to help increase and build memory skills.

April 9: Students will deepen their knowledge of the body in this total body workout with movements drawn from Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, and more!

This class will explain the concept of emphasizing fresh foods that are nutrient dense, with lots of naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals and avoids foods that are processed and less nutritional. This is a diet that really works. If you want to lose weight, reduce inflammatory disease risks, increase energy and muscle, the Paleo diet may be quick solution to a new you. We'll prepare delicious dishes that fit the Paleo dietary plan including dessert! After this class you will see the food you are eating in a whole new light. Class Cost: $53 Materials Cost: $20
