What is Washoku?

'Washoku' cuisine is the latest world-wide rage! Explore the basic cooking methods and techniques of Japanese cuisine. Come learn how to recognize Japanese ingredients, method, proper serving way, choice of dishes, proper cooking skills of common Japanese home-style menu.
