9 Tuesdays, beginning April 7
9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
Students will explore the use
of light weights and resistance bands and build on core strength to support the
spine. Stand strong, stand tall and improve posture. Class Cost: $54
8 Wednesdays, beginning April

7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
Aikido, known as the 'art of peace' is a martial
art based on neutralizing an opponent through leverage and balance instead of
strength and force. Class Cost: $40

Body Mind Wakeup Call
April 7: Students will experience yoga
stretches, use of light weights and resistance bands and discover fun ways to
help increase and build memory skills.
