Chicken and Egg - two of the most versatile ingredients for the simplest of healthy meals to the most elaborate. Save money by learning how to cut up whole chickens and filets, while learning knife skills and cooking techniques; simple home-made Chicken-Soup - for the soul; how to turn one chicken dish to several different meal and eggs beyond the breakfast food. You will gain hands-on experience applying the skills demonstrated in class on your own culinary creation. Let a master chef show you how to tackle the most daunting of sauces. In this class, you will explore the traditional cooking methods and techniques of Japanese cuisine, or Washoku. More than just cooking, you will discover the history and essential background to help put the dishes in context. Come add Japanese cuisine your repertoire!

From potatoes, beets, carrots, and parsnips to rutabagas, turnips and so much more, tubers are satisfying and warming and plead to be added to soups and stews. These tubers are typically firm to the touch, making them perfect candidates for soups, stews, and long braises. Class Cost: $34.00   Materials Cost: $15.00
