Trends have always been a part of fitness: the ‘80s glorified Aerobics; the ‘90s adored 8-minute Abs; we went Wii Bowling in the ‘00s; so what about today? 

This Fall, the CLL is offering fitness classes, en vogue! Our schedule is filled with innovative workouts that offer a perfect combination of exercise and fun.
