Grilling Beyond the BBQ

9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Think beyond the 'hunk of meat' BBQ and explore the many ways of the grill. In this class, students will learn to roast, grill and bake veggies, fruit desserts, salads, biscuits, soup (yes, soup) and protein entrees! Class Cost: $50 Materials Cost: $10

A Few Good Noses: Wine Tasting and Selection for the Novice
with Ferran Contell
2 Fridays, beginning July 10th
6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.
Interested in wine but don’t know where to start? Explore the different tastes and aromas, the most popular regions and varietals, and how to combine wine and food, using not only your mind, but also your palate.
CLL Teacher Ferran Contell is a certificated sommelier by the Escuela Espanola de Cata and holds Level II by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust of London.
