2 Saturdays, beginning November 9th
9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
(NOTE: this class qualifies for CEUs)
Learn how dreams represent what is important and unresolved in our lives. Class teaches students the traditional psychological methods to interpret and process dreams in the context of their mature lives. Topics include techniques for interpreting dreams, remembering dreams, the impact of dream understanding on the self, active visualization, and stress reduction and management. Class Cost: $40.00

Join others like you in this workshop designed for people who are committed to their personal growth and spiritual expansion. Empowerment through Dreamwork!
4 Saturdays, beginning November 16th
10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Did you know on average an adult dreams about five times a night and taking Vitamin B may increase dream recall? Students will learn techniques to encourage dream retrieval and interpretation using ideas from various dream experts such as Steve Aizenstat, Robert Bosnak, Gayle Delaney, Jeremy Taylor and Montague Ullman. Students will participate in supportive group dreamwork sessions and will have the opportunity to work on a personal dream if they choose. Cost: $56.00
